While these programs may have seemed to amaze many people, it hinders the truth behind the magical results they provide. Certainly, there is no ad that says “Do it now, Die later!” The sad fact is that, fad diets may produce a rapid weight loss, until your body give up due to lack of nutrition. Not only could it affect you physically, but also mentally. Medical professionals agreed that effects of fad diets are mostly negative, and that, there is no better way to reduce weight than to follow a healthy diet, have a clean lifestyle, and get physically active.
